CUSTOM ITEMS: Are not subject to exchange or return. Defective items will be replaced. Customer must contact KB Emblem Company, LLC with 48 Hours of receipt of merchandise to advise us of any problems with order. If items are no longer available, a refund will be issued for defective item.
STOCK ITEMS: If you choose to return any stock items, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without an RA#.
Returns Must be in original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition
Return request received within 7 Days will receive an exchange or a refund in the same form as the original payment.
Return requests received after 7 Days but prior to 30 Days, will be issued a credit for future purchases.
